Bio

Dr Annapurna is an Assistant Professor in the B.Sc. (Actuarial Science) program at the School of Actuarial Science, Sri Balaji University, Pune, since January 2025. She holds a PhD in Statistics from Banaras Hindu University and has qualified for UGC NET and JRF. With nearly six years of research experience, she has published five papers, including two in Scopus/Web of Science-indexed journals. Her expertise spans statistical methods, inferential statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, and regression analysis, with proficiency in SPSS and STATA. She brings a strong research orientation to her teaching and academic work in statistics and actuarial science.
