Filed Project –AUGMEN

SY B.Sc(Actuarial Science) completed a Data Analytics internship at AUGMEN, focusing on building practical skills in data handling and visualization. The program covered key areas like R programming, SQL, Tableau, data collection and cleaning, and communication skills. Over four weeks, the intern explored essential data analytics topics including Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, and Prescriptive analytics. Hands-on training involved using RStudio for statistical operations and visualization (e.g., histograms, boxplots, pie charts), and Tableau Public for dashboard creation and graphical analysis.

Each week tackled a new module, from learning R syntax and structures to applying exploratory data analysis (EDA) and visualization techniques using Google Sheets and Tableau. Through this internship, Students gained valuable experience in transforming raw data into actionable insights, honing both technical and analytical capabilities. The internship not only bridged academic knowledge with industry applications but also fostered confidence in data-driven decision-making and collaborative work.
